Cardiac Sonographer I

Novant Health is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer I to perform high-quality echocardiograms and Doppler studies within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this entry-level role, you will prepare and position patients, acquire diagnostic cardiac images, document findings in the EMR, and collaborate closely with cardiologists and nursing staff. You will uphold strict safety and infection-control standards while providing compassionate, personalized care.
