Fidelity Cleveland Cleveland, OH 44114, USA Description FIDELITY HOTEL is hiring for a HOUSEPERSON Fidelity Hotel is a Michelin Key-awarded adaptive reuse project located at 1940 E. 6th Street in the historic 103-year-old Baker Building. Fidelity Hotel has 97 guest rooms & suites, each with tailored amenities, custom-designed furniture, and thoughtfully curated art. The property features a full-service restaurant, bar, event & meeting spaces, and a private dining room. Fidelity Hotel is an homage to Cleveland’s long-standing ideals. What you'll do: Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities to ensure adequate supplies in accordance with established par levels and timeframes Replenish housekeeping carts throughout the shift with all necessary supplies Remove linen and trash from all vacated guest rooms proper to room attendant service Complete any guest requests in a timely fashion Maintain guest corridor and back of house cleanliness throughout the shift Report and correct any deficiencies noted in guest rooms or public areas to the appropriate individuals Assist in the timely completion of all projects including mattress rotation, window washing, deep cleanings, etc. Assist in the implementation of special projects Possess knowledge of all guest services and amenities Greet all guests in close proximity and make each feel important by providing a genuine welcome Ensure immediate response is given to guest comments and concerns; inform immediate supervisor and apply corrective measures when necessary Maintain a high level of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the work area Who you are: You have a high school diploma or general education degree preferred. Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience preferred. You can interpret standard operating procedures, safety, and sanitation instructions.
