Most dentists have two options. Join a large DSO, where every ownership seat is already filled and you are an employee with a title. Or buy your own practice and spend the next decade capped by your own bandwidth, your own financing, and your own hands.

This is the third option.

We own and operate three high-volume dental clinics in the Albuquerque area, running roughly $7 million in top-line revenue. We spent the last five years acquiring these offices and dialing them in — systems, staff, marketing, collections, training — specifically so a doctor could walk into a full schedule instead of building one. Four partners cover operations, orthodontics, and finance. Following the death of our founding partner, the one seat we cannot fill from within is the lead general dentist.

That seat comes with real ownership on the table. Not a vague promise years down the road. Equity can be earned here, and we believe the right doctor should have a say in how their own stake is structured. We are partner-focused by design — the belief that if you invest in your partners, they invest back in you is why this group works, and it is why the opportunity exists at all.

Compensation runs up to a flat 35% of collections. No tiers, no sliding scale — your ceiling is set by your production, not by us.

You start by anchoring one location. Take over a schedule, run that office, prove it works. Once that is handled, the path opens into the overarching company — strategy, expansion, and the partner group itself. We are expanding within our immediate geography before we go anywhere else, and we want the doctor who helps decide where.

The schedule is yours. Three 11-hour shifts, four days, five days — whatever fits your preference and bandwidth. You get full clinical autonomy, and our operations side builds systems around your strengths rather than forcing you into someone else’s template. No loans, no marketing, no front-desk training, no chasing insurance. Office managers, anchored orthodontist, and staff are already in place and excellent.
