Naperville/Burr Ridge/Arlington Heights Showroom Coordinator (Floater) **** Please note that this coordinator will be expected to in the Naperville showroom two days days a week, Burr Ridge showroom two days a week and at our Arlington Heights showroom one day a week. *** Are you a people person who genuinely enjoys helping customers? Next Door & Window is looking for aShowroom Coordinatorwho is warm, welcoming, organized, and passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be the first person our customers meet when they visit our showroom and an important part of making sure every customer feels welcomed, informed, and taken care of. What You’ll Do Welcome showroom guests with a friendly, professional attitude Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally Listen to customers and help guide them to the right products and services Assist customers with product selections and questions Learn our products and installation process so you can become a knowledgeable showroom resource Follow up with customers and make sure questions and concerns are addressed Coordinate leads and appointments for complimentary in-home estimates Maintain a clean, organized, inviting showroom Keep product information, displays, and materials current Assist with showroom events, open houses, and home shows Support the day-to-day operation of the showroom The Person We’re Looking For We’re looking for acustomer-service professionalwho: Genuinely enjoys helping people Is warm, friendly, and welcoming Has a natural desire to provide excellent customer service Is patient and a good listener Communicates clearly and professionally Is organized and dependable Pays attention to details Enjoys working with a team Is comfortable answering questions and helping customers make decisions Takes pride in creating a positive customer experience Presents a polished, professional image Is willing to learn our products and become thego-to person in the showroom Customer service, retail, inside sales, showroom, hospitality, or similar experience is a plus.
