Warehouse Forklift Driver

Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Driver – Mail Processing Center The Warehouse Forklift Driver supports daily mail processing operations by safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stage mail and packages within the facility. This role helps ensure timely, accurate, and efficient mail flow. Peak Season August - November - 6 to 7 days a week required Hours 7:00am – 3:30pm Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely in accordance with company and OSHA standards Load, unload, and transport mail containers, pallets, and packages within the facility Stage mail and materials in designated areas for processing and dispatch Inspect forklift equipment daily and report maintenance or safety issues Follow all safety procedures, workplace policies, and postal handling guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with supervisors and warehouse team members to meet processing deadlines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic Computer knowledge Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification (will certifiy onsite) Prior forklift or warehouse experience preferred Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly Basic reading and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods Work Environment Warehouse and mail processing center setting Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and variable temperatures May require flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
