Qualifications:

• Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Previous SLP experience in school settings is strongly preferred
• Skilled in assessment, developing individualized treatment plans, and progress monitoring
• Able to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with students across K-12 grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as needed
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans customized to each student’s needs
• Deliver direct, individualized, and group therapy sessions
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and district standards
