Thomas Printworks is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX . This is an in-person role where you are the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts. Unlike traditional roles, you are not paired with a salesperson; you are both the relationship manager and the project execution lead. Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all client needs, building trust and long-term partnerships.
• Own the full client lifecycle—from project intake and estimating to production coordination and invoicing.
• Drive year-over-year revenue growth by proactively identifying client needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts by introducing new products, services, and departments.
• Prepare timely, accurate estimates based on project scope and specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and installers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure consistent follow-up with clients on project timelines, expectations, and any production concerns.
• Maintain accurate client records and project details in CRM and order management systems.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or client-facing roles—ideally in the print or signage industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and follow-through.
• Experience with estimating tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to occasionally work overtime to meet client deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Background in print, signage, or marketing fulfillment
• Familiarity with production workflows and print specifications
• Experience with print estimating systems
