We intentionally build teams of compassionate, skilled clinicians who want to make meaningful, lasting impact in the recovery community.We are currently hiring Mental Health Therapists/Substance Abuse Counselors for our Detox and Residential treatment facility in Aurora, CO.What You'll Do:Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plansFacilitate individual, group, family, and couples therapyManage clinical services and aftercare planning for assigned caseloadPrevent, intervene, and de-escalate during crisis situationsMaintain accurate, timely documentation of progress, risks, and interventionsCollaborate with the Clinical Director, multidisciplinary treatment team, andfamiliesModel recovery-centered values including ethics, accountability, dignity, andrespectWhat We're Looking ForMaster's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fieldActive Colorado licensure or certification (LAC, LPCC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, CAS, [CAC III,] ADDC, etc.)Strong clinical judgment, observation, and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentialityExperience in substance use disorder, mental health, or co-occurring disorders preferredWhat Sets Us Apart:This is an in-person role in a detox and residential treatment setting where therapists are supported, trusted, and valued.
