Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Pre‑Sales Specialist to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and convert prospects into gym memberships. This role is critical in building a strong pipeline of potential members prior to and during active sales cycles. Mission As a Crunch Ambassador, you are the face of our brand before we open our doors. You’ll create excitement, connect with the community, and drive founding membership sales. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new lead opportunities through outreach, events, partnerships, and digital channels Conduct daily prospecting activities including calls, text, social media engagement, and in‑person networking Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase visibility Engage prospective members, understand their fitness goals, and present tailored membership options What We’re Looking For Energy & Enthusiasm: outgoing, confident, and thrive on interacting with people Sales Savvy: goal‑oriented and motivated by results; comfortable asking for the sale Reliable Transportation: ability to travel locally for outreach and events Flexible Availability: willing to work evenings, weekends, and during peak community hours Why Join the Crunch Launch Team?
