This position is working for the ownership of the local franchise operation of our Flatiron and Williamsburg studios in NYC. Job Summary We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative to represent Perspire Sauna Studio through pop-up activations at community events, within partner businesses and in outdoor public spaces near our Williamsburg (Brooklyn) and Flatiron (Manhattan) studios. As a representative of our company, you’ll engage directly with prospective customers, share knowledge about our services and their health benefits, and drive sales through promoting our introductory offer and booking first-time guests. Your role is essential to build brand awareness, foster customer trust, and drive sales on the spot. Working closely with our studio owner, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our NYC operation as the main person responsible for getting the word out through business partnerships and community outreach. You will be responsible for approaching potential partners, explaining the services we provide and the wellness benefits they procure, and act as an enthusiastic advocate for what we offer – as well as planning the activation events themselves. This role is a unique opportunity for an outgoing individual who is passionate about health, fitness and wellness looking to make a meaningful contribution to a cutting-edge organization in this sector. Our team is highly passionate, goal-oriented, and committed to advancing the knowledge and benefits of infrared saunas, red-light therapy and contrast therapy as part of a healthy wellness ritual. We are looking for someone who is NYC-based, willing to work flexible hours based on the scheduled events for an average of 10-20 hours per week and open to growth opportunities within our company. Your specific responsibilities will be: Learning, Understanding and speaking about the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, contrast therapy, and Red Light therapy Searching and outreach to prospective business partners and event organizers to discuss collaborations with Perspire in NYC, building relationships within the communities that we serve Tracking partnership and activation opportunities and conduct regular follow ups and detailed planning Plan, set up and lead a minimum of 8 activation events per month within business partner facilities, at community events and outdoors close to our studios Plan, organize and lead 1 lead generation activity per month through existing client base Maintaining high visibility and positive interaction with prospects during events Plan and procure tools and supplies needed for ongoing business activation activities Approach business partners, meet and present our services and collaboration options for cross promotional discounts, activation opportunities and other forms of collaboration Achieve monthly lead generation and first-time guest booking targets Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with prospects, colleagues and business partners Results-driven and motivated to meet or exceed sales targets Ability to lead and influence others to achieve goals Superior customer service skills No-job-is-too-small attitude Passionate about health and wellness Consistently show a positive attitude & take responsibility for your own actions Strong collaboration, organizational, and prioritization skills Flexible and available to work varied shifts based on event opportunities, including evenings and weekends Compensation This position has a dual rate structure:

• 50/hour for the time spent attending a qualified, lead-generating activity
• 25/hour for the time spent on training, traveling to events from our studio, meetings, planning, coordinating, email/phone outreach, presentations to community partners and any other assigned duties
