SOLDERING TECHNICIAN
Location: Brea, CA
Work schedule: 1st shift
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of soldering experience
- Experience in surface mount or through-hole soldering
- Can interview and start ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine hand soldering of through-hole and SMT components under supervision.
- Assemble and rework PCBAs according to documentation and work instructions.
- Conduct basic visual inspection of solder joints to identify common defects (bridges, cold joints, etc.).
- Maintain accurate logs and follow established production processes.
- Escalate issues to senior solderers or supervisors for troubleshooting.
- Follow all ESD, safety, and company quality procedures.
