Apartment Maintenance Technician

Stonehenge Management LLC in Manhattan is seeking a hands-on handyman to maintain a designated residential building, perform move-in and move-out inspections, and handle daily work orders. You will repair cabinets, countertops, closets, and appliances, and inspect building mechanical systems to identify failures or breakdowns.
