The role requires in-depth knowledge of building systems, the ability to independently manage complex troubleshooting and specialized repairs, and strict adherence to safety standards and applicable codes. The Maintenance Technician II performs semi-skilled and skilled tasks across carpentry, general construction, electrical, plumbing, painting, and heating and air conditioning systems.
