About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will be a strategic partner, providing financial leadership and guidance to ensure the organization's financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and fiscal control. This hands-on role requires a leader who can operate effectively in a highly regulated, multi-revenue stream environment, and is dedicated to modernizing infrastructure and continuously improving processes. The CFO will be responsible for all financial functions, including leading financial planning, and analysis, and overseeing government grants and contracts. They must also have a strong background in Medicaid reimbursement processes and revenue cycle management, and experience in leading organizational transformation and financial process improvement initiatives. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's or CPA preferred) and at least 15 years of finance leadership experience in a complex, mission-driven environment. The role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a results-oriented and proactive leadership style, and a commitment to the organization's core values. The CFO will also be responsible for treasury management, fiscal liquidity, and establishing financial policies and internal controls. Experience in modern financial technology platforms and a proven track record in developing high-performing teams are essential. The ideal candidate will be a champion of financial stewardship, compliance, and risk management, and will work closely with the Board of Trustees to ensure the organization's long-term viability.
