This role is vital to ensuring our client billing operations and daily administrative tasks run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Client Billing & Invoicing: Prepare, review, and issue timely client invoices; track accounts receivable and assist with billing inquiries. Administrative Support: Assist firm leaders and team members with day-to-day administrative tasks, correspondence, and client communication. Process Efficiency: Help streamline administrative workflows to maintain high standards of service. Qualifications Experience: Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or administrative support (experience in a professional services or CPA firm setting is a plus). Skills: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and proficiency with office and accounting software. Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
