Travel ER RN

Role: Emergency Room RN (ER RN) responsible for providing high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Responsibilities include: Assessing and triaging patients, explaining procedures, administering treatments, preparing equipment, monitoring patient safety, documenting care, initiating patient education, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure efficient, patient-centered care. Qualifications: Minimum of one year recent ER experience, valid RN license, current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Preferred additional certifications include TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP, and SANE. Skills needed: Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical ability to move and assist with equipment, interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, mental resilience, and visual acuity. Key duties: Rapid patient assessment, emergency procedure execution, medication administration, equipment preparation, safety monitoring, documentation, patient education, and teamwork to ensure high standards of care.
