HR Officer (BBBH15488) Londonderry, Northern Ireland Job Title: HR Officer Overview VANRATH is partnering with a respected manufacturing organisation in Magherafelt to recruit an HR Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive HR team, playing a key role in delivering a professional HR service across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with managers across the business, you'll support people initiatives, ensure HR best practice and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Salary & Benefits Competitive salary (DOE) 4 day week About You Previous experience in an HR Officer, HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards qualification is desirable Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures and current employment legislation Experience supporting employee relations, absence management and performance processes Confident advising managers on day-to-day HR matters Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Able to manage a varied workload while maintaining confidentiality What You'll Do Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and offboarding Assist with absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance processes Maintain accurate HR records, employee documentation and HR systems Prepare HR reports and provide workforce data to support business decisions Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation Support learning and development initiatives and employee engagement activities Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Build strong working relationships across the business to promote a positive and compliant HR function #J-18808-Ljbffr
