As a global leader in infrared sauna therapy, we are rapidly expanding and need a detail-oriented Receptionist with a friendly, proactive mindset who serves as the key point of contact for potential customers, visitors, vendors, candidates, and staff-providing front desk support and helping ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist with building access coordination and greet visitors, vendors, and candidates warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
• Support various departments with clerical duties as assigned.
• Manage kitchen and breakroom supplies; restock as needed.
• Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Ensure office common areas and showroom are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Support planning events for internal meetings or employee gatherings.
• Act as a point of contact for office vendors or facility maintenance needs
• Assist with other projects/tasks as assigned/needed.
