Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for an assignment in Anchorage, Alaska. This position involves providing sterile processing services in an acute hospital environment, with an emphasis on maintaining high standards of infection control and sterilization procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 09/08/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Certification from CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA, NBSTSA, or CSPDT; relevant experience in sterile processing; 1 year of experience; location requirements met.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with orthopedic, neuro, and robotic surgical instruments; familiarity with Epic charting systems.
• Float: No floater within scope required.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year). RTO requests will be approved on an individual basis upon offer and must be included in the submittal. State license must be valid or pending (10-12 weeks processing time). References are required covering 1 year (6 months if Certified Nursing Assistants), with at least 2 references from within the past 3 years. Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the assignment location. The position involves working in a magnet facility with Level II trauma designation, and parking is free at the facility.
