Sales, Account Executive - Philips ECG Solutions (Baltimore, MD/Delaware) Sales, Account Executive, Philips ECG Solutions (Baltimore, MD/Delaware) Job Description Philips ECG Solutions enables a new standard of cardiac care across the continuum by connecting care from home to hospital and hospital to home — so your customers can deliver patient‑centered heart care everywhere. Your role Orchestrate the sales process from lead identification, prospecting new business, maintaining and growing existing client accounts and ensuring sales strategies meet revenue objectives while promoting ECG Solutions products and services. Serve a dynamic sales organization, calling on cardiologists, electrophysiologists, hospital administrators in both the office and hospital, and report to the Regional Sales Leader. Drive sales revenue and overall market share inside the territory, nurture existing accounts, arrange appointments, equipment demonstrations, and sales meetings for Philips ECG Solutions products, and communicate the company’s competitive differentiation and value proposition to enhance sales and convert competitive accounts. Field‑based role requiring daily travel in the territory (Eastern Maryland and Delaware). You're the right fit if Minimum 2 years of sales experience reflecting a track record of proven success within the Medical Device and/or Biotechnology arena, preferably in cardiology, with a consistent annual quota of more than $1M. Advanced selling capability that showcases commitment to sales and company strategy, customer satisfaction, negotiation and the ability to close; experience hunting for new business and preferably selling in hospitals or IDNs. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a health‑related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation Total Target Earnings composed of base salary plus target incentive, with potential earnings of $156,000 to $188,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.
