Our Branch Administrative/Team Assistants provide administrative support to the Branch General Manager as well as Sales Management. As an integral part of our team you will be ensuring seamless departmental operations and effective communication while managing confidential materials and making independent contributions are critical to the success of our branch and directly impact our organization which is why your confidence meticulous organization and take-charge attitude is paramount to our success.

As a Branch Administrative/Team Assistant you will:

Create proofread and edit a range of documents including reports articles and proposals ensuring clarity and accuracy
Organize and manage branch leadership activities including meetings presentations and events
Handle communications by receiving screening and routing incoming calls and correspondence while also maintaining a calendar scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
Manage the departments record-keeping system ensuring compliance with company policies and evaluating information release requests
Monitor and manage office and departmental supplies initiating purchase orders as necessary and focusing on optimizing branch operating costs
Exercise independent judgment multitask and maintain a keen attention to detail
