Pharmacy Technician Home Infusion

The Pharmacy Technician will support home infusion services by assisting with the preparation and fulfillment of specialized and complex therapies administered to patients in their homes. Key responsibilities include preparing and compounding sterile products while maintaining the pharmacy clean room suite in accordance with applicable requirements. The Pharmacy Technician will document IV admixture activities and clean room suite sterility testing, complete order entry and refill activities under pharmacist supervision, and support inventory management and medication storage. The role also requires maintaining appropriate documentation, including labels, log sheets, and reports. The Pharmacy Technician will participate in an on-call rotation as determined by staffing and business needs. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures, consistent attendance, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare environment.
