About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Credit Officer with a specialization in project finance, particularly within the data center sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the credit underwriting and approval processes for project finance transactions, with a focus on evaluating structured financing opportunities, conducting detailed credit analysis of all parties involved, and assessing various risk factors. This role requires a deep understanding of construction, operational, and market demand risks, as well as the ability to ensure that transaction structures align with the company's credit risk appetite. The VP, Credit Officer will also be involved in preparing credit memos, presenting recommendations to internal committees, and monitoring portfolio exposures.
