Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. In this role, you’ll blend traditional PT skills with innovative, evidence-based approaches in a nature-based setting. You’ll work alongside trained equine professionals to deliver safe, dynamic, and highly engaging therapy sessions that make a lasting impact on patients and families. What You’ll Do Deliver physical therapy services in a supportive, nature-based outpatient setting Incorporate hippotherapy techniques (AHA Training to be completed within one year of hiring) Collaborate with horse handlers and team members to ensure safe, effective sessions Build meaningful relationships with patients and families Contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on growth, healing, and community impact What We’re Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in South Carolina New graduates encouraged to apply Interest in equine-assisted therapy Comfort working outdoors in a nontraditional nature-based setting Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach Horse experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Compensation Flexible scheduling options (PRN with full-time potential) Competitive pay based on experience and credentials American Hippotherapy Association (AHA) Training reimbursement available Why Join Strides of Strength?
