Position Summary

The HR Generalist supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and HR administration. This role partners with leadership and employees to ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist with employee relations, benefits administration, and HR inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain HRIS records and prepare routine HR reports.
• Support performance management initiatives and other HR projects.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant HR experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional Human Resources experience.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and personnel administration.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
