We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a part-time receptionist.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitudeAnswer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departmentsSchedule service appointments and assist with customer inquiriesPerform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office suppliesMaintain a clean and orderly reception areaAssist with any additional tasks as needed to support the teamQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskProfessional appearance and demeanorReliable and punctual with the ability to work the specified hours
