Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position provides the chance to work with a dedicated group of students and collaborate with a passionate special education team.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, with comfort addressing the diverse needs of students
• Strong ability to manage and organize a caseload of 20-40 students, primarily working with setting 4 children
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
• Ability to work effectively within one designated building

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions appropriately
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP development, and parent communications
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive therapeutic atmosphere

Role Details:

• Two SLP positions available, both beginning September 8, 2026 and ending June 10, 2027
• Full-time contract: 37.5 hours per week
• Assigned to one educational center from South, North, Ann Bremer, or West Education Centers
