Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Step into a rewarding role providing speech-language services for elementary students in a supportive educational environment near Saint Paul, MN. This contract opportunity runs now through June 5th, offering you the chance to make a significant impact during the school year. You'll serve approximately 50 elementary-aged students, working in one or two buildings located in Cottage Grove. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced clinicians or Clinical Fellows ready to grow with supervision provided.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Valid license to practice in Minnesota (or ability to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric and elementary-aged populations
- Comfortable working in school-based or educational settings
- Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Assess and evaluate elementary students for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with teachers and families
- Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and adjust goals as needed
- Document services and maintain compliance with school and state/federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer support and resources to families and staff to enhance student success
