As an Inside Sales Rep/ Account Manager at AlphaGraphics Duluth | Johns Creek , you are a key driver to scale our company and to level up our clients' businesses. With a focus on inside sales , you deepen our footprint in existing accounts, and create a next-level experience for our clients. 

Inside Sales Rep Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Provide a top-tier customer experience to delight clients and exceed their expectations.
• Problem Resolution: Present solutions when challenges arise and resolve customer complaints with five-star service.
• Production Liaison: Bridge customers' requests to the production team, maintaining attention to costs, stock, capabilities, and timeframes.
• Project Management: Manage orders as complete projects to meet quality and on-time standards. Make vendor arrangements, discuss capabilities with production, confirm stock availability & pricing, proactively update clients, and complete final quality control checks.

What We Expect of You:

• Revenue Generation: Build trust, educate customers, and deepen relationships to generate revenue with profitable margins.
• Lead Management: Grow assigned accounts/ proactively follow up with assigned inbound leads.
• Proactive Quoting: Prepare estimates and follow up multiple times in a timely manner across a variety of communication channels.
• Opportunity Recognition: Conduct onsite surveys, client meetings, and deliveries -- actively recognizing growth opportunities.
• Sales Growth: Apply customer retention, cross-selling, and up-selling strategies to increase sales/ reactivate accounts.
• Account Penetration: Build trust, educate, and deepen relationships with an increased number of contacts and departments with clients.
• Active Listening: Ask probing questions to capture customer specifications, unspoken needs, underlying problems, and future sales.
