This isn’t just another AM role. You’ll be the go-to strategist for your portfolio of brands—driving growth, solving problems, and leading with ideas that actually move the needle.
What You’ll Do
- Own a portfolio of ~4–5 Amazon brands end-to-end (Seller Central & Vendor Central).
- Craft and execute smart growth strategies: listings, SEO, pricing, PPC alignment, inventory.
- Keep accounts healthy and future-proofed with daily checks + weekly recommendations.
- Dive into the numbers—analyzing competitors, trends, and performance to spot opportunities.
- Lead client calls with confidence, turning insights into action plans that impress.
- Partner with PPC, creatives, and ops to deliver seamless results.
- Handle escalated support cases like a pro and find solutions fast.
- Mentor junior Account Managers—help them grow while raising the bar for client success.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Amazon account management experience (Seller Central / Vendor Central).
- Proven wins: you’ve grown accounts, launched products, and boosted revenue.
- Strong data chops—you know how to tell the story behind the numbers.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and compliance.
- Excellent communicator with clients and teammates.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset—you don’t just manage, you own .
- Fluent in English (bonus points for EU languages).
