Senior Accounting Manager – LIHTC $100,000–$120,000 | Hybrid Schedule (Columbus, OH) We are partnering with a Central Ohio organization to hire a Senior Accounting Manager with Affordable Housing / LIHTC experience to support a growing real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys overseeing complex property accounting, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements within a mission-driven environment. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee accounting for a portfolio of LIHTC and affordable housing properties Manage month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations, GAAP, and investor reporting requirements Partner with asset management, development, and property management teams Lead audit and tax support processes, including partnership accounting Mentor staff and help improve accounting processes and workflows What We’re Looking For Strong accounting background with LIHTC / affordable housing experience Experience with partnership accounting and real estate structures CPA preferred (or on track) Experience with Yardi or similar property accounting systems preferred Detail-oriented with leadership experience and ability to manage deadlines Why Consider This Role Salary range of $100,000–$120,000 Hybrid schedule with flexibility Opportunity to lead and optimize accounting operationsStable organization with strong growth and development pipeline #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
