Position: Inside Sales and Warehouse Associate
Location: Westbrook, Maine
Shift: 1st
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00/hr
What You'll Do
- Use forklift and other equipment (training provided)
- Receive inbound sales orders via phone and email
- Input and process orders in the system
- Assist walk-in customers with orders
- Pull, prepare, and load orders for shipment
- Operate company vehicle for deliveries (valid driver’s license required)
- Work in warehouse, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Maintain customer follow-up and tracking
Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekly hours: 40
- Overtime: 2-3 hours per week
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in inside sales or warehouse work
- Valid driver’s license (MV/Background check required)
- Good computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Forklift experience (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
