Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health status, identifying any potential diagnoses and collaborating on tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and others—to effectively address the diverse needs of clients in individual, group, or family settings.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to their needs.

• Maintain and manage confidential client records with accuracy, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, actively participating in case reviews and treatment discussions.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health matters, treatment pathways, and available community resources, serving as an advocate for clients' rights and well-being.

• Commit to ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in mental health therapy through training sessions, workshops, and continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
