Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Set clear therapeutic goals in conjunction with clients and monitor their progress over time, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Offer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing logistical or mobility challenges.

• Document clinical notes meticulously to adhere to ethical and professional standards while ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Lakeland Psychotherapy Center encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. You will work with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
