Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and formulate customized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and interpersonal therapy, to deliver effective interventions to patients, both individually and in group therapy settings.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address relevant mental health topics, helping to foster a sense of community and shared understanding among participants.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create an integrated treatment approach that is responsive to the evolving needs of each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention support when needed, ensuring immediate assistance to individuals experiencing acute mental health disturbances.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
