Overview Manager / Lead Tech Recruiter – AI & ML | U.S. Market From London | Ex-France Division Lead Location: NYC (5 days/week, on-site only) Compensation: Up to $200K + equity Eligibility: U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only (no visa transfers or sponsorship) We’re working with a fast-growing U.S. startup backed by top-tier investors, and they’re hiring a Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in Diffusion Models to join their founding technical team in New York. This is a hands-on, highly technical role focused on developing, fine-tuning, and deploying image generation models in a real-world, commercial environment. What You’ll Do Own the development and deployment of diffusion-based image generation models (Stable Diffusion, ControlNet, etc.) Fine-tune and adapt models for specific use cases (inpainting, outpainting, prompt conditioning, etc.) Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, production use Build scalable, cloud-based APIs to serve model outputs Collaborate with engineers and product to rapidly iterate on research-to-production workflows What We’re Looking For 4+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning Proven track record building or fine-tuning diffusion models (e.g. Stable Diffusion) in production environments Strong Python skills and deep knowledge of PyTorch , transformers, and generative architectures Experience deploying ML models at scale (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infra) Comfortable owning projects end-to-end and working in a fast-paced startup setting Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology and Project Management Industries IT System Data Services and Data Infrastructure and Analytics Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Harnham by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr Harnham
