DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiter in Garden Grove, CA.Overview:We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across a variety of corporate functions. This individual will manage full cycle recruiting efforts for positions across finance, accounting, sales, and service operations while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable navigating a high-expectation hiring environment with diverse stakeholder feedback. Relationship building is critical to success in this role, and the Recruiter will be expected to establish strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the organization.Responsibilities:* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance* Handle a requisition load of approximately 15 to 20 open positions simultaneously* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business objectives* Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates across finance, accounting, sales, and service-related positions* Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms to identify passive and active candidates* Gather, synthesize, and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders throughout the hiring process* Develop recruiting strategies to address difficult-to-fill positions and evolving workforce needs* Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive experience* Build strong relationships with hiring managers through consistent in-person collaboration* Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring activity, candidate pipelines, and market trends* Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment regulationsRequirements* 5+ years of recruiting experience* Experience managing 15 to 20 open roles at a time* Experience gathering and incorporating feedback from multiple hiring managers* Strong prioritization skills with the ability to work independently* Recruiting experience across finance, accounting, sales, and service positions* Hands on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platformsJob TypeContractCompensation35 - $43
