Conversions Crew - State Farm Stadium

Position Conversions Crew Department Conversions Reports To Conversions Specialist FLSA Status Non-Exempt Role Overview Our Conversions Crew are the heroes behind the scenes that move and set up tables, chairs, signs and other equipment for Full Stadium Concerts, NFL and NCAA Football Games, Trade Shows and more. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Unload and transport delivered materials from delivery vehicles to designated storage areas. Move equipment and materials from storage to specified location or setup area. Maintain and secure storage areas to prevent loss, damage, or unauthorized access. Loads, unloads, moves, or stores equipment according to setup or changeover needs per event. Perform physical labor necessary to support event setups, breakdowns, and changeovers. Complete event setups and changeovers according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams. Operate equipment safely and in compliance with established training and safety guidelines. Prepare storage areas for next setup or changeover prior to scheduled start time. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications Mechanical skills, working experience in an arena, convention center or stadium strongly preferred. Familiarity with OSHA requirements, knowledge of security and safety. Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple assignments. Capable of working nights, weekends and holidays. Physical Demands Extensive walking, occasionally long periods of standing. Ability to climb stairs. Ability to lift 50 lbs. unaided. Exposure to extreme temperatures.
