Senior TA Partner, Recruitment Marketing

A Day in the Life:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruitment Marketing, supports the execution of recruitment marketing programs that connect Hertz with talent in the communities where we hire. This individual will coordinate community partnerships, hiring and outreach events, internal mobility communications, and college recruiting activities while partnering closely with recruiters, business leaders, and external organizations.

Success in this role is defined by strong project coordination, consistent and engaging communications, well-executed events, and the ability to turn recruiting priorities into practical marketing support that expands awareness of career opportunities at Hertz.

The starting salary for the role is $80,000.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, workforce partners, schools, and local stakeholders to support talent attraction and outreach efforts.
• Coordinate community events, hiring events, college recruiting events, and other talent attraction activities in partnership with recruiters and business teams.
• Manage event logistics, including ordering collateral, coordinating shipping, tracking materials, and supporting day-of event readiness.
• Create and promote recruiting events across appropriate social media and digital channels, ensuring event details and calls to action are clear and accurate.
• Create, update, and maintain PowerPoint presentations, event materials, recruiting collateral, and stakeholder decks.
• Support internal mobility communications through Viva Engage by developing content, maintaining a consistent communication cadence, and highlighting relevant career opportunities.
• Partner with recruiters and business leaders to identify priority roles and employee stories to feature in internal mobility campaigns.
• Support college recruiting by helping recruiters establish relationships with local colleges, coordinate campus events, and provide approved recruiting collateral and materials.
• Use Adobe tools to update and adapt recruiting materials while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
• Maintain event calendars, project trackers, partner lists, collateral inventories, and follow-up actions to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor engagement and event results, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to recruitment marketing programs and processes.
• Ensure recruiting communications and materials follow company brand, accessibility, and compliance requirements.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment marketing, employer branding, community outreach, event coordination, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Demonstrated experience planning or supporting hiring events and community partnership initiatives.
• Experience coordinating event logistics, including collateral ordering, shipping, vendor or partner communication, and on-site preparation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create, update, and polish presentations for different audiences.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable Adobe tools used to update recruiting and marketing materials.
• Experience using social media or digital platforms to promote events and career opportunities.
• Experience with Viva Engage or another employee communications platform, preferred.
• College recruiting and internal mobility program experience, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content for internal and external audiences.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ability to build productive relationships with recruiters, business leaders, community partners, colleges, and other stakeholders.
