Responsibilities

• Conduct Full-Cycle Searches from initial discussions to successful placements.
• Partner with Clients to fully understand their hiring requirements, challenges, and workplace culture.
• Implement Strategic Sourcing through our advanced CRM/ATS, leveraging your network and utilizing our comprehensive communications tools.
• Maximize Our Platform to keep track of candidates, manage interactions, automate follow-ups, and maintain thorough organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that generate lasting value for clients while enhancing your earning potential.
• Play a Role in Thought Leadership as we endeavor to elevate our brand identity as well as your own.

• Adept at navigating ATS/CRM systems (we will provide training on our platform).
• An entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations for long-term growth.
