Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients identified with nutritional risk or special needs
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments of nutritional status
- Develop and implement nutrition care plans; adjust as needed
- Educate patients and families on dietary management and nutrition-related conditions
- Document interventions and outcomes in the medical record per policy and standard practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize nutrition-related patient outcomes

Requirements
- Active California Registered Dietitian license or eligibility to practice
- Clinical nutrition experience in a hospital or acute care setting (preferred)
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and support a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with electronic medical records
- Willingness to travel and participate in a travel assignment
