Take your professional expertise to new heights as a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse on the night shift (1900-0700), committed to making a difference in critical care environments. Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week
• One call shift per week
• Weekend and holiday shifts as needed
• Orientation begins on Mondays

Qualifications

• KS or compact RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience (5+ years and large facility experience preferred)
• Ability to flexibly and professionally handle rare floating assignments
• New graduates are not accepted for this role

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, expert care in a fast-paced emergency department
• Triage, assess, and manage acute conditions for patients of all ages
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and documentation standards
• Support the ER team through critical thinking and decisive action under pressure
