Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an emergency department
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS (PALS and TNCC preferred)
• Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in rapidly changing clinical situations

Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate and comprehensive nursing care to patients experiencing acute illness or injury
• Triage and prioritize patients according to severity of condition following established protocols
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
