As a full-time Patient Estimate Specialist/Financial Counselor, you will work Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p. This position qualifies for our full benefits package as well as our rewarding discretionary quarterly bonuses!

The Patient Financial Counselor will contact all patients prior to service and provide an estimate based on their benefits and assist walk-in patients or family members with questions or concerns they may have regarding billing issues.

What’s required of you? High School diploma or equivalent.

Do I need experience? Two years of experience in patient account services; hospital experience preferred.

Specialty Knowledge Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
