About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to take on a newly created, enterprise-wide role. The CTO will be the executive-level technology leader, responsible for setting and advancing the technology strategy across the organization and its subsidiaries. This includes evaluating third-party technology solutions, developing digital solutions, and creating a data strategy with a practical governance model. The successful candidate will be tasked with building a cohesive technology strategy, driving enterprise innovation, and leading the adoption of technology-enabled tools and solutions. Additionally, the CTO will play a key role in market differentiation, client value, and change management, and will be expected to have a strong background in technology leadership, particularly in professional services, AEC, engineering, construction, consulting, or government services. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior technology executive role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing technological solutions across multiple business units and experience with technology-driven M&A. Strategic thinking, strong change management skills, and a practical, ROI-focused mindset are essential. The CTO will be expected to be credible with both operational leaders and engineering teams, and to have a working knowledge of AI/ML applications, modern software development practices, and cloud infrastructure. The role requires a hands-on technology leader who can manage and execute technology-driven solutions, and who is comfortable engaging with professionals in diverse technological environments.
