Associate Analyst, Material Planning (Hybrid Schedule)

The Associate Material Planning Analyst will support the coordination and execution of Inventory Management including storeroom replenishment, vendor execution, department process, as well as supporting overall system data integrity. Essential Functions Monitors inventory levels and material demand for assigned location(s) and replenishes inventory ensuring appropriate on-hand quantities. Assists with maintaining accurate records of corporate inventory and assigned location(s). Works with assigned locations and suppliers to ensure Eversource inventory needs are supported in a timely accurate manner. Expedites past due orders with suppliers and communicates delivery information to business partners. Maintains Open order integrity Item Master data maintenance, adding new items, revisions, and phase out/phase in. Assists with coordination of quarantined materials, return to vendor, follow through to final disposition. Assists other analysts on major projects. Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications Technical Knowledge/Skill Ability to analyze information Good verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Suite (Excel; Word; PowerPoint, etc.) Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, related discipline or equivalent experience Experience Zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience Licenses & Certifications None Working Conditions Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required. Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
