**2nd and 3rd shifts available**

2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Shift: 2pm-10pm
• 1.50/hour shift premium
• Full Benefits Package
• 401k Match

3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Shift: 10pm-6am
• 2.50/hour shift premium
• Full Benefits Package
• 401k Match

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Manage calibrations, device configurations, and system hardware to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Support process validation, tooling, and package development testing to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align maintenance with production needs.
• Generate work logs and track work orders for proper resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety standards, GMPs, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications (Needed)

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of electromechanical experience, ideally in a food or beverage industry environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting ability across diverse equipment.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems in factory automation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&ID drawings; experience with systems up to 3Ph and 480Vac.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

Preferred:

• Associate's degree in Electromechanical Technology or related field.
• PLC troubleshooting/programming experience.
• Familiarity with CMMS.
• Journeyman certification.
