Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture.Should have knowledge on various IDAM product.At Least 7 Years of experience working with Oracle Identity & Access Management.Should be excellent communication skills, Presentation skills, Stakeholder management skills.He/she should require to own end to end Major/critical Incidents and drive it’s resolution over call/bridge along with SME, Vendors and customer to quickly restore the service.Should be able to participate in incidents management meeting, handle the crisp customer communication over email/call, should be able to update status to customer leadership team. Financial Domain Knowledge.Exceptional communications capabilities, giving presentations, and speaking publicly. Must be approachable, a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their experience in a highly evolving technology focused environment. Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Experience with project management.Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.Ability to Connect and manage client.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
