• Test incoming greige fabric, finished fabric, coated fabric, and other materials according to customer

specifications and established testing procedures.

• Perform laboratory testing on goods in process and finished products to verify compliance with quality

standards.

• Record test results accurately and completely on laboratory forms, databases, inspection reports, and

other quality documentation.

• Enter test and inspection data into computer systems and maintain accurate quality records.

• Approve or reject product based on testing and inspection results in accordance with established

specifications.

• Notify operators, supervisors, managers, or quality personnel immediately when products are found to

be out of specification.

• Perform visual inspections to identify defects or quality concerns.

• Verify and operate laboratory testing equipment and ensure equipment is functioning properly.

• Ensure measuring devices and testing equipment remain within required calibration and verification

schedules.

• Operate laboratory and testing equipment including Instron equipment, hot presses, hot blocks, cure

ovens, RF welders, clicker presses, and other department-specific testing devices in accordance with

established procedures
