Our people-first culture empowers employees from all walks of life to succeed, grow, and make an impact.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databasesConduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, virtual, and on-site)Manage the end-to-end interview process between candidates and clientsAdvise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needsPresent and promote qualified candidates to clientsExtend offers to selected candidates and close placementsBuild and maintain client relationships through business developmentPromote Cesna Group's services to new and existing clientsNegotiate terms of business with clients
